He worked as a radio reporter and as a junior PR manager for a while, before he entered the telecommunication industry, where he spent 3+ years as a digital sales specialist, taking care of end-to-end sales and customer care journeys. SDSI is a great opportunity for him to build on his connected knowledge and take a career path change to service design.
