SDSI team, industry partners and students will speak about the role of service design in creating better services and improving user experience, whereas SDSI partner schools will introduce themselves and provide some practical information on SDSI study process.

Says Service Design expert Satu Miettinen: ‘SDSI is a Master's programme of the future. It will be generating a strong pool of service design experts that have robust competence over Northern Europe. They can build service journey offerings across borders. This programme will provide great opportunities to non-European students to familiarise themselves with the whole region.
