Cilia holds a bachelor degree in linguistics. Directly after graduation, she started working in aviation and used her language skills to be a representative of the brand. She has traveled to 72 countries and was able to learn about different cultures. She is aiming, by joining the SDSI program, to use the mixture of her customer service experience and her UX/UI knowledge to become a design strategist.
