Derya is an aspiring academic and designer, with a degree in Communication Design and experience as a UX/UI designer in Lisbon. Her fascination lies in creating and enhancing daily experiences, while her true passion comes alive through experimental projects, especially those centered around specific user groups and well-being. She loves digging into the little details, which makes creating personalized experiences a joyful endeavor for her.

She envisions establishing an academic career while gaining experience in the industry aiming to contribute to industry transformation, advocating for the integration of design thinking at its core, and believes SDSI is where she will make this vision a reality.
