Emilia is a service design enthusiast with 6 years of experience working in healthcare in some of the largest hospitals and NGOs in Australia. She holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's degree in Social Work. Emilia also took a year of design course at the University of Queensland where she found her passion for service design and served as one of the student ambassadors during study. Emilia specialises in psychosocial assessments, positive behaviour support, and crisis intervention.
