Emily has an undergraduate in Business Administration. She has worked within sales and marketing field in Ireland, Germany and Australia. From her experience within sales and marketing she saw that successful products and services put users at the centre. Her aim with completing the SDSI program is to deepen her understanding of how users, technology, design and business interact to create meaningful solutions. She is excited to join such an international and diverse program which allow her to learn and explore even more perspectives on what Service Design is.
