I have a Bachelor's degree in hotel management. I worked in the tourism industry for a short time and then moved into customer service focused jobs. My most recent experience in a startup focused on a language learning app led me to work on customer care, marketing, business growth, customer retention, among other things. It was at this job that I began to consider the idea of learning more about the process of service design. I like to keep a positive mindset and look on the bright side of things. I'm very happy to be here and excited for all the adventures I will experience in the coming months!
