Justinas is a management consultant with 9 years of experience supporting Retail & Consumer Goods corporates and Private Equity investors across Nordics, Baltics, and Central & Eastern Europe.

Justinas is also an Advisor at Evolution Ltd., a group of academic advisors, researchers and analysts, where he helps bridge the latest academic thinking and world-class expertise from industry to help firms looking to succeed through building and leveraging business ecosystems.

In parallel, Justinas co-chairs the Retail Management course at SSE Riga where he deploys his practical knowledge and industry expertise to coach the next generation of leaders in Retail & Consumer Goods.
