Kuldīga Creative Summer School 2017: The Largest Latvian Postal Services Provider, Latvijas Pasts

A range of service design methods were applied during an intensive week-long coworking intervention between executives from the largest postal service provider, Latvijas Pasts, design students from the Art Academy of Latvia, and representatives from regional start-ups. The purpose was to discover solutions to the challenges faced by postal services in the 21st century.  The research was concluded by presenting suggestions, from rearranging queue automation systems at postal shops and improvements to online tracking tools to a newly engineered smart mailbox.
