requirements
A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits or a second-level professional higher education diploma (LQF/EQF level 6-7) in Arts and Humanities; Social Sciences, Journalism and Information; Business, Administration and Law or Information and Communication Technologies.
Fees
4000,00 EUR per year for students from the EU, EEA or Switzerland. 8000,00 EUR per year for students from the rest of the world. No fees for Erasmus Mundus scholarship holders.
Degree
Multiple degree: Master of Arts (Art and Design) by the University of Lapland, Master of Design by the Art Academy of Latvia, Master of Arts by the Estonian Academy of Arts, and a joint diploma supplement.
We emphasise the development of your leadership skills, which support your becoming a change facilitator who can contribute to innovative, effective and socially responsible service organisations.
Studies will take place in the picturesque Latvian UNESCO town of Kuldīga, with a mobility semester abroad in Finland and occasional workshops in Estonia. You will have access to vast resources of SDSI partner schools, including prototyping studios and makerspaces in an international learning and networking environment.
Your interdisciplinary studies and cross-specialisation opportunities in the areas of design, management, business and social sciences will develop your personal, professional, strategic, operational and business skills.
